Student Council

Meetings: Every Monday after school in Senior Dining Commons
Student Council is the organization that represents the student body in all aspects of student life. It oversees student proposals, concerns, and opinions and presents them to the school administration. It also coordinates the activities of all other school organizations.
The governing board consists of a president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer. The president and vice president must be seniors and secretary and treasurer may be juniors or seniors. These students are elected in the spring for the following academic year. Candidates may not be on behavioral or academic probation.
Student Council general membership includes the vice president of every club and each graduating class as well as the class representatives. Meetings are held every Wednesday during Break.

Class officers provide functional leadership for the activities of the classes. Each class elects a president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, historian, and student council representatives. The elected board coordinates class activities, promotes school and class spirit, and provides a forum for student expression.
