On December 27, 2008, months of hard work, planning, and dedication paid off with the outstanding University School Performing Arts Alumni ReUnion Show at the Parker Playhouse in Fort Lauderdale. Bringing to life numbers from performances past, and reuniting cast members throughout USchool history, The ReUnion Show proved entertaining for spectators and performers alike. While audience members had the delightful experience of witnessing decades of alumni sharing the stage with current students, cast members enjoyed the thrill of applause as they performed songs from musicals like Annie, Guys and Dolls, and Hair. |

The Classes of ’77 and ’78 celebrated their 30th reunion the weekend of May 30, 2008. 22 alumni and 18 family members attended the event at the Newport Beach Hotel and Resort in Miami Beach. Also on hand to share in the memories were former USchool teacher Miss Monti (Carla Monti Piasecki) and Bunny Blattner. Of course it couldn’t have happened without the energy and dedication of the Reunion Committee! A big thanks goes out to Karen Goldstein Cosentino, Marla Horn Lazarus, Sandie Murray Taylor, Kerry Block Roth and Gary Roberts for planning such a fun-filled event! |

The Class of ’97 celebrated their Tenth Reunion on Friday, November 23, 2007 in the Noel P Brown Sports Center. The event was attended by over 40 alumni who had so much fun renewing old friendships. Lori Scherfer Feldman planned the magnificent party. Thank you for all who attended. |

A special thanks to Rafi Katz, Class of ’87 for organizing their 20th Reunion on November 3, 2007 at the Bahia Mar in Ft. Lauderdale The event was attended by 31 former University School students and 12 of their spouses. What fun everyone had catching up with each other. Thank you to Danny Phillip , Randy Gerlick, and Howie Fallenbaum for their help! Dr. Cy Gruberg, Mrs. Judy Hiassen Cowan, Pam Carroll, and Bunny Blattner had a great time reminiscing and catching up with the news. |

On Friday, November 24th, 2006, thirty four members of the class of '96 attended their Tenth Reunion which was held in the Sonken Dining Commons. All former classmates had a great time catching up with old friends over drinks and a delicious dinner. A special thank you to Kristen Broyles, who coordinated this event, for making this evening so spectacular. |

On March 11, 2006 students, faculty and administration gathered in New York City to watch University School Alumnus, Josh Gad, star in the Broadway Musical “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.” See pictures from the alumni gathering that followed this spectacular performance. |

The Upper School graduating classes of '94 and '95 had their reunion at the Brown Sports Center on Friday, November 25, 2005. It was wonderful seeing everyone, meeting spouses, and reconnecting with faculty and friends. A special thanks for Brett Esterson '95 and Maya Ezratti Rosenblum '94 for all their efforts in gathering everyone together. |
