How to Register

  1. Fill out application(s) and health forms for each child.

    Session 1: June 9 – June 20
    Session 2: June 23 – July 3
    Session 3: July 7 – July 18
    Session 4: July 21 – August 1

    You may choose to attend two, four, six, or eight weeks

    THERE WILL BE NO CAMP JULY 4th.

  2. Enclose your $100 non-refundable deposit per camper / per session.
    (ie: 1 child attending Session 1 & 2 = $200 non-refundable deposit)

Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per camper, per session must accompany the application for registration to be complete. This deposit will be applied to the camp fees. The person responsible for payment must sign the application form.

All camper accounts must be paid in full by May 5th, 2008.

Upon receipt of the application, a confirmation will be sent that includes the balance due and the dates by which payment must be received. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks of sending in the application, please call the camp office at (954) 262-4517.

No camper will be permitted to start camp if their account is not paid in full. Please understand that these deadlines are set for the simple reason that during the summer the camp staff is very busy assisting campers and must concentrate on these summer activities. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Orientation

Saturday, June 7, 2008
9:00am – 12:00pm

During Camp Orientation you will be able to meet your counselors and other Camp Nova staff. The daily activity schedules, car I.D. tags, and menus will be available for pick up. T-shirts and tote bags will be on sale, and pre-orders may be picked up at this time.

Important Reminder About Special Friend/Buddy Requests

Remember, requests are limited to only one friend. To accommodate those children who want to be in the same group, requests must be made no later than May 5, 2008. Please be aware that these requests must be in writing, and should be included in your registration packet.
