AES Engineering Scholarship

Arts for Life! Scholarship

  • $1000 each will be awarded to the winners
  • The Arts for Life! scholarship program is accepting applications.  Annually, Arts for Life! recognizes 25 graduating high school seniors from across Florida for outstanding achievement in the arts.  Recipients receive a $1,000 cash scholarship towards their pursuit of the arts in higher education.  To apply visit:

Alexander Graham Bell Scholarship
  • For students with math and science backgrounds
  • Students should be in the top 10% of the class, with an average SAT score of 1530
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Scholarship
  • Provides four-year, full tuition scholarships for students with proven leadership abilities and a strong commitment to social justice and community involvement
  • Students should be in the top 5% of the class, with a GPA of 3.7 and SATs of 1350.

Brandeis University Lerman-Neubauer Fellowship Program

  • Up to 20 students may qualify for this program, which includes a $3500 stipend for summer research or internship
  • High achieving students will be considered for this
  • Selected students will have access to challenging seminars; ongoing academic programming and exclusive access to on and off-campus resources

Bronfman Youth Fellowship Scholarship

The Coolidge Scholarship

  • Juniors can apply now for a full ride, four-your merit scholarship to any American university!
  • The Coolidge Scholarship is a one-of-a-kind full ride presidential scholarship that covers a student's tuition, room, board, and expenses for four fours of undergraduate study.

Daughters of the American "Christopher Columbus Essay Contest"

This essay contest is open for students in grades 9-12. The national winner will be awarded $1200; second place will be awarded $500; third place will be awarded $300.

GE-Ronald Regan Foundation Scholarship

In honor of the legacy and character of President Ronald Reagan.

  • Program annually rewards up to 20 college-bound students who demonstrate exemplary leadership, drive, integrity, and citizenship.

Geisinger Scholarship

For students who have applied to the University of Michigan, College of Engineering.

  • Awarded to non-Michigan resident students from selected geographical areas.
  • $20,000 per year renewable annual award (Based on student maintaining a 3.0 GPA in the College of Engineering)

Greater Plantation Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Application

  • 3.0 GPA
  • Full-time Plantation resident
  • Essay about educational goals, school and community activities, and/or work experience
  • Financial need or special considerations may be considered

Foundation Scholarship

A scholarship will be awarded to a student who plans on attending college, who is in financially, and has made a difference in the community.

  • Student must be a legal resident of the U.S.
  • Attend a high school in Hallandale Beach or Aventura
  • And/or be a resident of Hallandale Beach or Aventura communities for more than one year at the time of application
  • Must have a certified grade point average of 3.0 (unweighted) or higher
  • Must have made a significant contribution to the community through service
