Upper School
- Families applying to our Upper School can print an application ($100 application fee). Checks should be made payable to University School. If you wish to pay by credit card, please use the credit card authorization form.
- After the first marking period, please download the form below and submit the release of records to the appropriate officials at your child’s school. Then, please have your child's math and English teachers complete and send the recommendation forms directly to University School’s Admissions Office.

- Register for the SSAT (Secondary School Admission Test) - Log on to www.ssat.org and indicate that University School should receive your scores by including our school code 7857. This test should be taken as early as possible, preferably in November, December, or January.
- Following receipt of the application and fee, University School will contact you to schedule a personal interview. Students must complete the Applicant Questionnaire, Grades 6-12 prior to the personal interview.
