Lower School (PK-1)

1. Families applying to our Lower School can print an application ($100 application fee). Checks should be made payable to University School. If you wish to pay by credit card, please use the credit card authorization form.

2. After November 30, please download the form below and submit the release of records to the appropriate officials at your child’s school. Then, please have your child's teacher complete and send the recommendation form directly to University School’s Admissions Office.

3. Following receipt of the application and fee, we will contact you to schedule the school admissions test. All testing is administered at University School.
