This facility will be located to the east of the vehicular drop-off circle and ellipse. It will house two levels of academic space for the fine and performing art departments of the Middle and Upper schools, as well as an auditorium that will seat 750. It will also include a main auditorium lobby and theater, a scene and costume rooms, choral classroom with sound-proof practice rooms, a theory-keyboard classroom, a forensics suite, and a television studio.

Completion dates are subject to change due to unexpected construction delays.
