Campaign Goal ChartIn the weeks and months ahead, our entire University School campus will be full of excitement and activity, as we embark upon the largest expansion project in our 35 year history.  We will be creating an entirely new campus environment to unite our three schools into a single campus with covered walkways, green spaces and other amenities, giving all our students a sense of belonging to a community.

The Middle School expansion is now complete and our Aquatic Center will be constructed by Fall 2008.  Construction has begun on a new Lower School and Arts Center/Theater and within the next three years we will build a new Dining Commons Building for Middle and Upper Schools, a refurbished Upper School, a second gymnasium and a football and track complex.

We are being asked to raise $12 million in capital campaign contributions to complete more than $40 million worth of projects.
With the success of our first campaign and the pledges and gifts made during the past year, we have raised more than $6 million to date.  No other private school in South Florida has been able to undertake a project of this magnitude and no school has ever been able to build at such a discounted rate of investment.

Charitable giving is a very personal decision. We hope you’ll consider making University School one of your top charitable priorities while your children are enrolled. We’re asking every family to consider making an investment in the campaign for a New University School.

Our large network of committed USchool families and staff and representatives from our Advancement office will be working hard over the next year to bring you up-to-speed on all the exciting changes. They are most anxious to answer your questions. If there’s something you’d like to know more about, please contact us and we’ll have someone get in touch with you right away.

And, don’t forget to keep watching your e-mail, regular mail and this website for updates on the progress of design and construction, because we know you’re interested in being up-to-date.

Thanks for your continued support!
