“Suns not enough for Lions; Fall to Panthers”
In a well-played game Saturday, the Suns were on the unfortunate end of a 5-2 loss to Chaminade despite a strong overall team performance. The Suns were led once again by Jeff Freeman and Jared Simonson, who netted both of the Suns’ goals.
On Sunday, the Suns dropped their game to Pembroke Pines Charter 10-0. The Suns will take the ice next Saturday and Sunday evenings. Saturday’s contest pits the Suns versus Cooper City and in Sunday’s matchup; the Suns will take on Coral Glades. The puck drops Saturday night at 6:30 pm and again on Sunday at 5:10 pm.
