The Suns ended their season with a close loss in the district semifinals. This season was a marked 180-degree turnaround from last season’s 7 and 18 record. Under the direction of first year head coach, Andre Torres, the Suns went 15 and 12, producing eight more wins than a year ago and with six of their nail-biting losses this year coming by 3 points or less. Looking into the future, the Suns will have high expectations as they return three starters next season and key reserves, as well as having a good group of young players that may rise up from the junior varsity ranks.
